Whether you want to lose weight for the summer, generally feel fitter and more toned, or want guidance about exercises and a training partner for a HIIT work out, then I can help. I might use a stop watch, some small weights and a roll mat, and that's hopefully all we'll need for what you want to achieve.

About

My name's Italo Cerullo. I'm a personal trainer, road cyclist, runner, veteran footballer and former triathlete. I am about to turn 50 but like to think I am in fairly good shape. I am based in Taunton in Somerset. I can design and build bespoke personal training programmes for you. I am happy coming to visit you for sessions or host you at my home. I won't bamboozle or intimidate you with confusing apps, fitness gadgets or jargon. I just focus on what you would like to achieve and help you reach your goal.

You may want a structured programme that focuses on your core, abs or toning. Or you may want a few weeks of workouts planned that might include cardio, strengthening, HIIT or a mixture of these. Either way I can help you come up with different plans, ideas, regimes and sessions that will nail your objectives and hopefully remain varied and interesting

BESPOKE WORK-OUTS

I can plan and partner up with you for cardio sessions that may include simply jogging or running, cardio and strength work in a small space (your garage or your garden). I can create bespoke progammes for you that we can work on together, or you can do on your own. I can provide you with all the tips you need on how to do the exercises safely and properly, so they are really working for you. 

PERSONAL TRAINING

We can improve our general fitness so much and burn calories too by just focusing on core strength; that middle section of your body that includes your abs, ribs, sides and even pectorals and glute muscles. No one likes doing hours of "plank" but some dedication on your core will help you tone up, lose belly fat and make you feel stronger and healthier. It will help with lower back pain too, and help prevent injury in other sports too.

CORE STRENGTH

We can work on toning key muscles groups that you may want to target. Not through pushing 90kgs of iron in a gym and drinking protein shakes, but by sensible, regular exercises that are doable, achievable and really strengthen and tone your body fairly quickly. There is no quick fix to improving your muscle tone. But little and often, staying motivated,  sticking to your plan - and eating and drinking sensibly - will really help you get results quickly.

Hi there. Welcome to Bespoke Personal Trainer. I'm what you might call a normal, no-nonsense, personal trainer. I can provide personal, one-to-one training sessions in a non-threatening, easy-going way. You can work as hard or as lightly as you want. You decide. But I promise you I'll help you reach whatever objectives you have.

I can plan and carry out cardio sessions, core strengthening, toning or HIIT (high intensity interval training) weight-loss work outs for you. Whatever you want really. But in an informal, laid back style, with minimum equipment or fuss. Just trainers, a mat and some road to run on.
